Harry Lintott was a British statesman and Deputy Secretary-General of the Organisation for European Economic Cooperation (OEEC). Before assuming this position, he was Under-Secretary in charge of the Commercial Relations and Treaties Department of the United Kingdom Board of Trade. At the OEEC, Lintott would take over for the organization’s Secretary General Robert Marjolin when he was indisposed, and he wrote reports on the work and structure of the OEEC.
